PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Our wine products are 100% handcrafted, personalized to order, and take 7-10 business days to produce. Regular delivery is usually 5-10 business days from order date, and rush delivery is usually 4-6 business days from order date. Mini-champagnes, big bottles, and larger volume orders may require a little more time, 10-13 business days. You will receive a separate email confirmation the day we ship your order.
WINE SALES & LEGAL AGE
Wine can only be sold
and delivered to
are at least 21 years old. In placing your order with us, you represent to us that
you're at least 21 years old. When Fedex delivers your order, they will require the receiver to show proof of ID demonstrating
that he or she is at least 21 years old. Under no circumstances can wine shipments be left
on porches, at your door, etc.
If this is a gift order, you may want to
let the recipient know that a 21 year old
adult will have to be present and show ID to receive the package.
Where We Ship
ship to most of the domestic United States. And we ship to all states except AK, AL, AR, DE, MS, ND, RI, UT, VT (and Puerto Rico) or Internationally.
3 Delivery Attempts
If Fedex is unable to
deliver the package after 3 attempts, it will be sent
to the nearest Fedex hub. The package will then be held
at the hub for 3 business days before being returned us. We cannot be held
responsible for any returns of your order after Fedex’s 3 attempts.
Packages returned to us as undeliverable are not eligible for refunds. The purchaser is solely responsible for return shipping fees and any re-shipment fees. If the purchaser does not wish to pay for re-shipment, the order will be destroyed
. Returned packages can be shipped
back out immediately, at your request, until they are destroyed
. Standard shipping rates apply.
If you do not have anyone who can sign for your order at a residential address, we recommend shipping to a business address, if at all possible
Extreme Weather Warnings are occasionally issued
for various parts of the country. Ground shipments to those areas may be delayed
. In those instances, we cannot guarantee timely delivery until the Warning is lifted
. We recommend selecting 3-Day or better when shipping to all extreme weather areas.
Winter Holiday Season
During the busy holiday season we try our best to guarantee your order will arrive on time, but due to extremely
high order volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control, there might be a slight delay in delivery of your order. If we miss our delivery guarantee, we will refund your shipping & handling fees after we confirm that your package has not arrived on time. Understandably, no refunds can be issued
for orders delayed due to
adverse weather conditions
or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect Mark & Graham Wine
or any of our shipping carriers.
Since each order is customized
to your specification, we are unable to
accept returns on monogrammed or personalized products. All purchases are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
But we know typing mistakes can happen to the best of us. To best avoid mistakes, please review your entire personalization(s) before submitting your order.
